I got my brand new camera riiiiight before we left for our Thanksgiving visit with Aaron's family. I decided it would be an awesome opportunity to play around and document our time with his family.
Our little one had only visited once before and she was only 5 months old! Needless to say, it was a huge adventure.
I find myself missing his home. It's where we first met and it's where a good portion of my newly acquired family lives :)
Can I just say how much I love doing weddings? The process of getting to know two families and a ton of friends is just so humbling and fun!
John and Lisa are so laid back. Their whole wedding day went off with out a hitch! No stress, no yelling, just smiles! It was exactly what I imagine when I think of how a wedding day should be.
The whole wedding was held in Galveston. (just like their engagements! View them HERE) If you've never spent a day in Galveston, I'd strongly recommend it. Not only is it beautiful and historic, there are good eats, and fun things to do!
Anyway, the details of this wedding were so wonderfully personal. Everything was picked by the bride and groom to have a special meaning and the whole experience was so heart warming.

Sometimes, i really feel overwhelmed with life. I feel like i have a million photos to edit, infinite clothes to fold, and a toddler who needs CONSTANT attention.
Sometimes, it's nice to slow down, take a walk, and remember how nice it can be to disconnect with worry.
